For major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. For other cities across Pakistan, please allow 4-6 working days. During peak exam seasons (March-May), there might be slight delays due to high demand.

Yes! If a specific textbook or novel is out of stock or not listed on our website, send us a message on WhatsApp with the book details. We will try our best to source it for you from Urdu Bazar or the publisher.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can also track it directly on our “Track Order” page or ask our support team on WhatsApp for a real-time update.

Absolutely. We use encrypted payment gateways to ensure your card details are never stored on our servers. However, if you are more comfortable with traditional methods, we highly recommend our Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your parcel is handed over to the courier service (TCS/Leopards/M&P).
